Frequently Asked Questions
As a general guide, we suggest 8–10 pieces per person for a two-hour reception and 12–15 for a longer evening event. We’ll help you find the right balance based on the flow of your event, the time of day and whether other food is being served alongside.
Absolutely. We design every menu with dietary needs woven in from the start — not as an afterthought. Whether it’s vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free or specific allergen requirements, we’ll create canapés that are just as considered and delicious as everything else on the menu.
We’re based in East London and cater across the whole of London and the Home Counties. From Hackney to Hampstead, Shoreditch to Surrey — wherever your event takes place, we’ll be there with everything we need.
We typically cater for groups of 20 and above for canapé receptions, though we’re always happy to chat about smaller gatherings. Drop us a line and we’ll work something out.
We’d recommend getting in touch at least four to six weeks before your event, though for peak season dates and larger celebrations, earlier is always better. That said, we’ve been known to pull something special together at short notice — so don’t hesitate to ask.
