Manufacturing
All of our ferments are:
- Handmade at our Hackney Wick kitchen
- Mixed in small batches
- Filled, sealed and labelled by hand
This gives us complete control over flavour, consistency and freshness ~ and ensures what arrives at your door is exactly what we’d serve at our own events.
