Data Deletion Request

Kitchen 94 respects your right to control your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you would like us to delete any personal data we hold about you, you have several options.

How to request deletion

Email us: Send a message to info@kitchen94.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address (and name, if known) you originally used to contact us so we can identify your records.

If you signed in via Facebook, Google, or another social provider, please include the email address linked to that account.

What we will do

We will:

• Acknowledge your request within 7 days
• Remove your personal data from our systems (enquiry records, marketing lists, customer accounts) within 30 days
• Confirm in writing once deletion is complete

Data we may need to keep

Where the law requires us to retain certain records (for example, financial records relating to completed bookings, for HMRC compliance), we will inform you which records we are unable to delete and the legal basis for retention. These records are stored securely and used only for compliance purposes.
