We hired Kitchen 94 for a 60 person lunch which was celebrating the launch of our ‘Plant-based’ butter brand Mergulo.
It was quite an unusual project where we needed our brand/ product to be the focus yet the food and lunch itself to still be exceptional —- Ed was fantastic from start to finish, we met before hand and planned the menu in person, he then organised a tasting supper with the options which helped us really nail the right foods/ flavours to make the butter shine.
They were also great at creating a menu that met our budget while still having the flare we were after . And adapting to the space you have - we wanted outdoor cooking but had basically no outdoor space so had to get creative with a fire exit street space. The commitment to creating what we wanted was what made it very unique . There are thousands of great chefs out there but few who can adapt their style to elevate their customers visions. It’s was this conscious commitment to creating a Mergulo experience using studio 94 flare that made it so special.”

“Wow wow wowwww the team at Kitchen 94 are so incredibly talented. The Ed's and their team catered for our wedding of 200 people this summer and it was the most amazing wedding food I've ever had. The menus were so different, and every single person in their thank you cards commented on how delicious it was. The canapés were so beautiful and crucially there were plenty of them too - Oyster mushroom kebabs being my personal favourite. Attention to detail was impeccable, the lamb was cooked perfectly and the fire pits looked amazing as guests walked in. Couldn't recommend them enough - taking event catering to another level.
