Our roots are in fire, quite literally. Asado cooking is where it all began, but respect for the ingredients is what keeps us going. We’re serious about flavour, but just as serious about waste. Nothing gets thrown away if it can be reimagined, reused, or rerouted. Our menus are always evolving to make sure nothing goes to waste. What isn’t served today becomes something new tomorrow. On the day, it’s food to plates, not to bins.
What began as a passion for cooking in a home kitchen has grown into a purpose-driven catering business built on flavour, integrity, and community. We believe in doing things properly, sourcing honest ingredients, treating people right, and making sustainable choices at every turn.
